This course prepares healthcare professionals to appropriately support individuals with developmental disabilities to navigate their experiences of trauma and cope with trauma-related problems.

By the end of this course, you will be able to apply the skills to foster an environment that applies the principles of safety, trustworthiness, choice, collaboration, and empowerment.
