Mental Health Law: Health Teaching and Decision-Making

This course provides an understanding of Ontario Mental Health Law and legislation in clinical decision-making when caring for mental health patients/clients.

By the end of this course, you will gain a comprehensive understanding of the legal and ethical issues surrounding mental health care and learn how to navigate the complex intersection of mental health and the law.
