Dual Diagnosis for Clinicians in Mental Health

The term "dual diagnosis" refers to a situation in which an individual has both a developmental disability and a mental health condition. In this course you will develop the skills necessary to complete a mental status assessment and SOAPE note for simulated individuals with dual diagnosis.

By the end of this course, you will be well-versed in applying effective communication techniques, therapies, and interventions within a mental health hospital setting as well as reflecting on the impact of stigma and the importance of self-care.
