How does the process work?

Step 1: Consultation

  • We’ll meet to understand your organization’s unique challenges and competencies.

Step 2: Exploration

  • An internal exercise, we’ll gather and review information to curate e-learning solutions tailored for your organization.

Step 3: Product Development

  • If a tailored solution is recommended and assessment is approved, we’ll proceed to product development.
  • Our instructional designers will collaborate with subject matter experts to create course materials.
  • Prior to public promotion, these course materials will be launched through our Learning Management System (LMS)

Step 4: Standardized Course

  • If a standardized course is available through our catalogue, we will provide recommended learning solutions
